Cask Marque Award

Each of our pubs have been awarded the Cask Marque award. The Cask Marque was set up to reward excellence in the service of Cask Beers. Random inspections are carried out twice a year by independent inspectors who will test six of the cask beers on sale for appearance, aroma, taste and temperature, the beers must meet high standards in all 4 areas in order to retain the cask marque. The Horse & Groom was the first freehouse pub in Nottingham to recieve the Cask Marque and The Horse & Plough was the first pub in Bingham to be given this award. All three of our pubs have also recieved a perfect 20 out of 20 inspection.
